The notifications no longer work on the eBay all on my windows phone..i
have uninstall..reinstall..turned phone off..then on..all the
notifications are set on...but no longer getting any notifications on
best offers or sales
how does it work with fixed price listings that have ipr and best offer?
Once you accept the offer the ipr goes away....dies this still qualify
for guarantee delivery?
