I have been editing many items in bulk especially in the "Item Description" section of a listing.
Until about a month ago, all was working great.
Since then I have been able to save one item at a time OK in the "Item description", but when I bulk change items, my changes in the "Item Description" haven't been saved. Most of the time, the action leaves the area I want to change blank. Everything else changes fine, but the "Item Description" does not.
Is there a glitch in eBay's code or is there a work-around I can do?
Also on a lesser issue - in "Overview" > "Listings" > "Active" there is no sort option for the "Views" column. All other columns sort except that one. I have emailed eBay, but alas (surprise) no answer.

The Views function is being depreciated. Many times the 'views' are just other sellers, price checking, amoung other things. eBay does not consider this to be a valid counter and will eliminate it.

Adding my comment -voice to this thread.
Right after the 1st of January, I had the same issue with BULK editing/item description changes not saving. I tried a couple of times and 2 different days.
Find/replace menu option didn't work either.
I checked a few different category listings for the changes. None.
Since this seems to be a glitch/corruption, I stopped trying and had concerns any further attempts could make my listings not viewable. You never know what craziness can happen.
Having had previous experiences with eBay programming glitches with my listings, and no tech help from eBay to help me fix, I discontinued my attempts.
Regularly clean out my temp files, cache, defrag/optimize, simple maintenance maneuvers provided no remedy. Browsers are up to date.
This is a basic site feature and is part of a paid store subscription.
Fortunately, the editing needed is not critical, but if it were, the time to change
hundreds of listings, one by one, a real pita.

Thank you for sharing. It's good to know that it isn't "just me."
I renew variously "Unsold" items monthly on different days, so I will do them one at a time until/if eBay fixes the problem. I will mark this as "unresolved" until it's fixed.
Oviously there are other sellers having this problem. If others are, chime in. There is strength in numbers.
