Drop down menu for saving an auction is back but....

At the beginning of the month, the drop down menu started working again.  This is the menu right below the save to watchlist link on any auction.  I use Firefox and the drop down menu is there.  But when I use chrome, I get "save to watchlist" or "save to collection" but I do not get the drop down menu like I get in firefox.  Can anyone tell me how to do this?  I am using chrome 49.0.2623.112 I am using this slightly older version because I am using XP (the most recent one) on my computer.  But that shouldn't make a difference.  I get drop down menus on other websites with no problem.  Can someone explain this behavior of chrome?

It's not your browser.  EBay is "testing" a new format with a big Watch button, and no access to your other lists from a listing.  You need to complain.  There's a string of messages about this.

You need to reply to the message from mykal@ebay in that string.  If enough people complain, maybe we'll get our access to our lists restored.  If no one complains, we going to be stuck with it.
