Hi there,
Third day trying to buy the bundle on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/134671118989
There is currently a 20% off coupon available, but I can't apply it. I have not used this coupon before. I contacted eBay by chat, and your representative admitted that the site has technical problems (see attached picture) and promised to help me place the order. We tried for an hour to do it, failed and after another failed attempt the rep just left the chat.
I have a copy of the conversation; in my opinion this is unprofessionalism and disrespect.
What should I do in this situation? How can I buy the product at the price listed on the site? Who can I contact on this issue?
Best regards.

I contacted customer service through the Facebook page. They responded quickly and confirmed that there was a technical problem and put me on the list of those affected. They said they would contact me when the error was fixed.
Thank you very much for your advice.

Have you checked to see if that item bundle is still in stock?
It appears from your link that the AC180+PV200 bundle is out of stock from that seller.

I wrote that I've been trying to make a purchase for 3 days, and that's when this bundle was in stock. Today I tried to buy just the battery, but still, the system gives an error. It's an eBay server error.

Are you using a Canadian shipping address? Paying using a Canadian bank?
What things have you tried?
Buying on ebay.ca rather than ebay.com? Buying using the eBay app?
If the problem is indeed a technical issue, you will have to see if eBay fixes it, or if eBay offers an alternative coupon or credit for you.
You can also try contacting eBay via social media.

I had no trouble adding the battery from that listing to my cart, and applying the coupon successfully.
However, when I changed to my shipping address in Canada, it turns out that the seller does not ship to Canada. If your shipping address was already set to Canada, then that could be the problem.
Or it might not be the problem. I have been playing around with this. I changed my primary shipping address to my address in Canada, and then tried adding the coupon again. It lets me add the coupon, successfully, even though the item can't be shipped to my primary (and selected) shipping address in Canada.
@mishabuk, are you using a CC or PayPal account that is based in the USA or Canada?

>>> Are you using a Canadian shipping address? Paying using a Canadian bank?
US shipping address, US bank, buying on ebay.com
>>> What things have you tried?
I was chatting with an eBay rep for an hour, tried several options, nothing worked. That's what finally the rep said:

US shipping address, US bank, buying on ebay.com
Your account is registered in Canada, though. It might be worth trying to check out on ebay.ca to see if that works any better.
Yes, this is a technical problem with eBay, I agree with you, the correct solution is to extend the validity of the coupon. The question is, where to write about it? Chat support is useless!
Try what you can while the coupon is still valid, then contact eBay via social media.
