That is your user ID, not a store name. You don't have a store subscription (which costs extra each month) so you don't have an eBay store. You don't need a store to sell on eBay.
Your friends can find your items through advanced search by entering your user ID in the box for "Include item from [seller ID]", but if they put into the Store Name box, it won't work. It won't work in the basic search box either.
You registered as a business seller, on eBay UK. You don't have any experience selling yet, so your items probably won't be shown on any international sites, like this one which is on eBay USA. You can also share this link, so they can find your items. They need to search for them on eBay UK.

I don't recommend signing up for a store at the beginning. You can start selling without the extra expense, and at the beginning, you won't make enough to pay for a store.
