When trying to access information about an order, the buttons on the orders page are unresponsive to clicks. It has taken as long as a minute for a response. This does occur on other pages within the ebay website. This happens on Google Chrome and Firefox. I have reset the browser's cache. I have reloaded the site in a new tab and/or window. I have rebooted the computer. All of these troubleshooting processes point back to the ebay site itself. So what gives? And when can you fix it by?

The Orders page has been loading like molasses ever since the redesign. Takes a while for the page to fully load before you can click on anything.
Active listings page is also slower to load since the redesign, but not as bad as the orders page.
On the bottom right corner of the page click the ? to report the tech error. The more users reporting, the more likely eBay will pay attention and do something about it.

Which buttons specifically are not working, on which page?
Try a private or incognito browser window. If that works better, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in that browser.
Try an alternative page or link.
Try another device.

Are you asking as a seller or as a buyer? If as a buyer, shouldn't you access information about your order via My eBay> Purchase History?
