I had a buyer message me today thinking I had shipped their item to someone else because their item is showing it was delivered to another zip code in my city (the seller). I purchased the label on Ebay and printed it and it is going to the correct address which is the buyer's address. USPS is showing its in transit on their website when I look up the tracking number. So USPS is correct and Ebay is not matching USPS. The buyer opened up a case on it since they didn't receive it and Ebay says it was delivered. Has anyone else ever had this issue? If so how did you resolve it? Thanks!
