Ebay showing different price to buyer

I have an item £12 plus 2.99 postage.  Buyer buys and then gets a 'pay now' notification for £14.40 plus 3.59 postage.  I log in and it shows £13.25 plus £2.99 postage in the message centre.  I look at the invoice created and it is correct at £12 plus 2.99 postage.  Buyer sends a screenshot of her notification for £14.40 plus £3.59 postage.  Come on ebay, what is going on?

Since you're registered on eBay's Spanish site, you probably should return there and ask your question.

If your buyer is in the UK and you are not, then likely the buyer is seeing the 20% UK VAT added to the item cost that the buyer must pay.
