I am having the same issue. I upload my new listings through file exchange, have done it this way since I started listing in February. Never had this problem before. Beginning on the 27th of September, every time I upload listings it counts them twice in my seller limits. I was hoping it would correct the totals when the month rolled over, but it did not. I called CS after the first of the month, and someone apparently manually corrected my totals. But everything I have listed this month was counted twice except for one listing I did manually just to see what would happen. I called customer service again, and they increased my seller limists, but nothing else changed. I just uploaded 6 scheduled listings and discovered a mistake, so I deleted them before they could go live. It counted them as 12 on upload, and only removed 6 from the total when I deleted them. I then uploaded 5 listings, which it counted as 10. I am going to run up against seller limits again if they don't get this fixed.
