I have not been able to purchase or print a shipping label all morning for the last 4 hours.
Not 'bulk' or 'single'.
Anyone know if this is a known outage?

You are not alone. I have been try ing to print labels for over 4 hrs. ( since 5 AM EST) . Just got off the phone w/ eBay cust. serv. ( After 124 min. hold-- unacceptable) , they ackowledged that their is a problem. They have not posted anything on the anouncement board. When asked why the rep. said he did not know. He then offered to email me 1 of my 34 labels, stating that he could only do that and nothing else. What good is a solution that only renders 1 out of 34 labels. This is so frustrating-- absolutely no help from customer service-- UGH. Luckily my AMAZON sales are fine and have rapidly increased over the past 2 months. Best of luck to all of us who are trying to sell on eBay!

This seems to be browser related
I am on windows 10 with edge my labels printed fine
Other are having issues with IE and Firefox but say Chrome is also working.
Others are just logging in & printing via Paypal.

Ebay reply with 12 hour delay.
That is the WORST part, that they don't put out a 'we got a problem' right away, and later 'we estimate to have it fixed in xxxx hours'.
Instead, they let us (their paying customers) in the dark.
What is the most effective way to 'make a stink', because it seems that only big time negative news is moving those big giants to improve.

On my Windows 10 Microsoft Surface using Google Chrome - it works fine.
As of this morning, using the App (my preferred method when I am in my stock room fufilling orders) is not working. The error message I am receiving after selecting the Ounces (1st class shipping - large packet/envelope) is:
ERROR IN CUSTOMS FORM SET-UP
I am shipping to someone in the US, from the US. (Texas to Michigan)
