Ebay shipping labels not printing correctly - upside down and tiny

Started having issues on both of the computers I use to ship labels yesterday. The labels are output upside down and small. Here's a good example.....I mostly ship using ebay standard envelope shipping for sports cards. The software is set to output where I can print directly on the envelope. This is how they started outputting yesterday (they usually print in a way that fits the envelope, sideways).  Any ideas?

The tiny part is an easy fix.  Before you print, check you paper size to be sure it's correct and there should also be a button to increase or decrease the size.  I use it because one site prints labels rather large and they don't always fit.  So I size down to 75% for them.

The upside down?  I'd uninstall the printer driver and reinstall it.  And run a virus scan.  It sounds buggy.

Haven't tried printing envelops in years........but isn't the upside down thing controlled by how the envelop is loaded?

Thanks for the responses. I can see where it looks like a settings issue but that is not the case. After speaking repeatedly with ebay customer service, they've said there is a technical issue with their shipping label software that is causing this glitch and they are working to fix it. 

"for now we are having system issue on printing a shipping label. Nothing to worry, this was already cascaded to our technical department and they are currently working on it."

I don't think this is an ebay issue, as no one else seems to be reporting the problem.

First make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.  This is often the problem, if your browser has reset to its built in reader.

What OS and browser are you using?

Looks like it was just recently fixed. They acknowledged it as an ebay issue but did not provide any additional information. Really odd. Been on ebay for 25 years and have never seen this issue previously.

May have just been something on your account, which is rare, but possible, as no one else is currently posting about any problem.

I have the same problem for about a week. It is an EBay problem, not one on your printer or computer.

I was unable to find the correct thread, but it was on this subject.  You were helping with the problem with the shipping labels and printing to the correct printer.  It was on the Ongoing tech. list as of July 25th, even though the problem started several days before that.  

Now it is no longer on the Ongoing Tech list, but the problem isn't fixed.  I'm still in the same position I was when I reported the problem.  I did clear my cookies and cache and it had no affect.

Please advise.

If you are printing labels in bulk it does not give you the option to change the size.  It only allows it when you do each label individually.  That's what I'm left doing now which is a time killer especially when you have 20 or so labels to print.
