Ebay shipping calculator icon is not working

For some reason, My shipping calcualtor Icon will not work when I click on it to get a shipping cost for my items. I have listed 3 items within the hour and no luck. Anyone else having this issue here on listing on ebay?

What do you mean by "icon"?

Are you referring to the shipping tab in a live listing, or to a desktop icon that is the link (http://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator) to the estimating calculator (which is working fine)?

desktop icon this is the link for the estimating calculator. Yes, it is a live listing but I have always been able to use shipping calculator on a live listing in order to make sure my shipping charges are up to date.

I am still unclear on what you are referring to - you answered yes to both choices in my either/or question.

If you are trying to say that when you click the desktop shortcut to http://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator that something doesn't happen, you need to decribe what doesn't happen.

Does the page load? If it does, does it not calculate shipping estimates when you fill out the weight, dimension, and zipcodes?
