I got an email at 3am to respond back or my account will get shut down and I responded at 8am and o ly got 1 vague email back since. Very frustrating because the email is very vague and not helpful. Is there a number to contact ebay partner network? Also, is Tien Haung still available? She was my affiliate manager when I used to be a super affiliate on this platform. The message from email isn't making a lot of sense so I asked follow up questions and have not received an email back. They are claiming to shut down my account is 72 hours. Horrific.

I'm almost very confused because they told me as an affiliate I ha e to have ebay shown for each link so I shared a popular affiliate website and asked if that is okay and they have not emailed back.
I asked if watchcount.com was sufficient which is similar to my website in question which leaves me confused about how I am breaking and rules by not making it clear the website goes to ebay results.

I am not familiar with the partner network program, but that just seems like a rather odd sequence of messages.
I am not clicking on that.
Perhaps someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

Yes very odd experience coming f4om ebay Threatening my account and not responding back after I promptly seek more details. I have covid right now and I'm very sick going through a lot of pain with it. I didn't need this experience from ebay added to that. Now I'm suffering while waiting to hear back from ebay.

It made me feel worst that I was contacted at 3am and when I responded at 8-9am they just stop emailing me back. And they threaten me with 72 hours or less before my account gets deactivated. This never happen when I used to have a permanent affiliate manager who was Tien Haung.d

Hey @buyselljack2016! Thank you for reaching out on this. For @savvyonlin_69 do you also see this same email in your eBay inbox when you are logged in?

Devon, that's the alarm tactic hackers use to make you click a link..oops. you might need to reformat.

It was more than likely a scam. send it yo spoof@ebay.com

official ebay emails will come through your ebay message center in your ebay account. Always check there. Forward that email to spoof@ebay.com if it is legit they will let you know but it sounds like a scam thats been going on for a long time.

I have been with ebay for 19 years and have never seen anyones name @ ebay before. People can hide the true address with a fake name over it to make it look legit. when in doubt go to your ebay account to see if you have a message. If they want you to verifyit will be done through your account messages. I had to verify years ago by mailing in my ID and proof of business and address. I received a notice the minute I logged in. If it was actually from ebay you would have known when you signed in. It was a spoof hacker e,mail. send it to spoof@ebay.com so they can put an end to it

I would suggest shutting down your device and restarting it. Scan it for intrusions, viruses, etc.
Then not only send that email to spoof@ebay.com but check your eBay personal account details and email for any changes.
This may be an attempt to gain access to your information.

OP never came back, but it looks like their account is still active.
