Ebay sends endless emails asking for 1 Day Handling Time. Tech Error?

I have held on to this problem for long enough. If it isn't a problem, then what is it. It looks like orphaned DB items to me but maybe I am missing something.

Ebay keeps sending emails that say I could be Top Rated Plus if I updated "insert number here"  to 1 day handling time and Free Returns. I already have 1 day handling time. The number of items is never the same. I am only concerned with the 1 Day issue. I understand the Free Returns but that is not how it reads to me.

Right now it says 537 Listings. Who knows what the next number will be.

Can you post a few of the item numbers so we can double-check the public-facing handling time? Wondering there's an issue with handling time on those specific listings. The few I checked all had 1 day handling.

You only have one (1 day handling), you don't have the 2nd (free returns), that is why you get those emails.

I get those  "Improve your listings to help your items sell" emails all the time. Just delete the email if you don't want to participate. It is really is no big deal.

@asset_liquidators is correct. I misread the original post. That's just the standard communication sent when listings do not meet all requirements for listings to meet TRS+ status.

You can turn those off in your communication preferences if they bother you @spendingcents26150 . Under Selling Activity there are a couple different settings for listing improvements.

Ok.. so I understand that but the numbers don't match anything.
Why would it say 537 listings (which I believe is just the handling time the way I read it) when I have over 1000 listings that NONE would qualify for TRSP?

Edited because I am already a TRS just not P and maybe it is saying both things but I that doesn't explain the odd number to me.
