Ebay search issues

When I do a search, sometimes at the bottom, all the page numbers are gone to go to the next page. I'm using the default search configuration, 50 items per page but can't get past the first page. Refresh and it works a couple times and then page numbers disappear again. Also sometimes the refine tabs do not work, no drop down for item condition, etc. Does the same on different computers and different version of Chrome.  Is this a Ebay problem or browser problem?

Re: Ebay search issues

I am still seeing the page navigation issue others have described here. The /dsc/ change works to restore the page numbers at the bottom, but saved searches are not affected. Only bookmarking and using the bookmarked, revised URL solves the issue.

The /dsc/ search DOES NOT dispay "Sponsored" listings for me.

"Sponsored" listings DO show up in the /sch/ results. I suspect this may be a factor causing the failure of page numbers to appear at the bottom of each page in /sch/ search results.

Yes... I thought it was fixed but it still happens occasionally... thankfully the "DSC" change always works.

Re: Ebay search issues

It sounds like you are experiencing some issues with the search functionality on eBay. The issues you described with the page numbers and the refine tabs not working properly could be caused by a few different things:

  1. Browser caching: Your browser may be caching old search results, which can cause the page numbers to disappear. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that resolves the issue.

  2. JavaScript errors: There may be a JavaScript error on the page that is causing the page numbers and refine tabs to not work properly. Try disabling any browser extensions that may be causing JavaScript errors.

  3. eBay server issue: The issue could also be caused by a problem with eBay's servers. Try searching again at a later time to see if the problem persists.

  4. Browser compatibility: The problem could be related to the compatibility of your browser with the ebay's website. Try using a different browser and see if the problem still persists.

It's important to note that if the problem persists, it's better to reach out to ebay's support team as they will have more information on the backend and can provide you with more specific troubleshooting steps.
