Ebay's ridiculous circlejerk getting around help

Let me start by saying I am NOT going to verbally slay eBay. To tell you the truth, most people don't get how eBay has changed their world. There was a time where you had to do a lot of traveling and walking to find the level of art you see here. SOOOO amazing, I am mesmerized.   And that is only contngent on the parner you have and how patient and giving they are when choseing travel destinations.  I have experienced pieces of mixed media, sculpting and doll making I would never have believed existed. It got to the point that T-Mobile and I went fist to cuffs because I used over 100 G's of my laughable unlimited service and my Wifi Hotspot stopped. And I can promise you, you have never heard such a smug support rep talk down to a customer like she did. "Well, you know OTHER people want to use the internet too!!!"

And think about the yellow pages piled up in the corner of the living room (DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH THAT, I NEED THOSE BOOK S!!)  Looking for services, car parts, plumbing supplies, half eaten sandwiches, adult toys. Then having to shower and dress, hope it isn't too hot or the driveway's not covered in ice (EBAY can fix that with an emergency salt delivery)  Seriously, you'd think I was the wicked witch of the west with how long I have seen water and a bar of soap. And should we even discuss Black Friday?  Yeppers, you can get that latest xmas 'must have' $90 toy that has less than $5 in plastic, dog choking, barefoot torturing, doll items that the Chinese are spot-on by calling it an LOL Ball

So, I actually feel quite entitled and souless posting this.

But today I was extorted by ...drumroll please ...CHINA.  Chna is now the new 'hate speech.

"Chinese"  has replaced 'mouthbreeder' in urbanese.

I bought an item. Seasons have changed,  people have married and died, children have grown, Hot Tub Timemachine has actually happened in real life, and my item has yet to arrive. So I used eBay's nonprivate email and received my 'dear Dear Friend" response:

"Your item already shipped but if you pay $30 more, we send it faster"

Being appropriately incensed that this may be a language problem, typo or worse and probably the actual answer, someone at the east end had had a tongue slip.

So I of course answered back

"so...if I send you $30, you will send my stuff faster"

The idiot who was working that email was unusually honest

"Yes, you send me thirty dolla I send you fast, take 10 days at the least'

So this guy/gal wants 30 dolla to actually mail it, snail mail because he/she just doesnt get that I know that 30 dolla should get it sent overnite ... oh yeah...and that ist hasn't been sent at all.

So I wrote him without much pomp and circumstance because the Chinese do not have interpretations for the things I actually want to say.  BUT i'm sure they have a word for extortion.

However, eBay has no place to find help for this. Of course they have one for "selling outside eBay", but the plethora of other things that you need help with, good luck.  You will open so many tabs that they will start showing up on the guy's computer right next to you. And hand to heart, your first tab will be the same as your last. in otherwords, you feel like you are in a bad Twilight zone episode with mirrors that take you nowhere.

So list of my issues I cannot find remedies for:

There is no link to the 'community' except on the very bottom in small print on the aforemention 'Help and Support' page

I can't upload images anymore in the 'Guides' but I can UPLOAD videos

Spellcheck doesn't work in the 'Guides',

'My guides keep disappearing from my eBay home page

I can't add SOME items to 'my collections' i.e it opens up an empty box on the bottom right corner instead of on the top of the screen. Yet others load beautifully.

My  descriptions are no longer accesable in  'my collections'

I can no longer manipulate existing images in 'my collections'

And finally, what is with eBay allowing page upon page of empty  space under many of the item luistings. I bet by burping those spaces out, you may be able to eliminate and entire server farm (Because others want to use the internet also!)

Please don't say it's my computer. I am an IT specialist, ( even though that doesn't really qualify me as I have come to realize when visiting other company IT departments). I know those of us in IT are probably the "biggest know it alls" I am one of the few that learns from others (note the T-Mobile reiteration) .    I have tried 4 PCs in total, this one,  two of my spare and once on a friends.

any takers on this?

Re: Ebay's ridiculous circlejerk getting around help

Beginning to see a lot of the "US SELLER" in item titles. Then why does it take 2 weeks to send an item from CA to AZ??? Hate to sound like my parents but, it's NOT what it use to be. eBay is getting as bad as google in cross promotional and ads targeted towards its users, its starting to clog up the system...
