I recently made a purchase on eBay and eBay shown the order was paid.
However, the seller has informed me that they did not receive any payment from my end.
I've checked and found that there is no payment record in my PayPal account, and my credit card has not been charged either. But a subsequent order I've made after this one was processed without any issues.
What do I do to settle the payment?
