Can screenshot this if you need but exact wording is "Your download failed. The problem is on our side. Please try again later." Think that try again later wording means they're aware of it already or is it worth submitting tech reports?
Hey @participatrophy . Both Orders & Transaction reports are working for me (did not test Earnings). Best option here is to click the ? icon on the lower right of the page to file a tech report. That way eBay will get reports from affected accounts and can narrow down the problem for a quicker fix.
If it's easy for you to post a screenshot then by all means, go for it. We've seen before how eBay reviews these forums so it's good to post a screenshot in case somebody from eBay is looking at this. Definitely won't hurt to provide details. 🙂

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.
