As stated in the title, the eBay app for some reason is only showing policies when listing items in the shippingg and returns categories as opposed to individual options to fill out, and this is hindering our listing process. This is happening with google Pixel 3A's, an iPhone 11, and an LG G8 Thinq that we know of so far.
