Your items aren't showing as accepting returns so ebay wouldn't "offer" returns.
Even if you don't take returns, if the buyer opens a NAD case, you have to accept it or issue a refund when items aren't described accurately (or if the buyer claims such).
But without taking returns, the buyer still has the option of requesting a remorse (size, doesn't like, changed mind) return. You can decline it.
