Over the last few days I cannot access my account on my personal desktop. It works on my phone and any other computer. I can sometimes access my account for a brief moment but if I click a link or search something the website will return with
We looked everywhere
If I click go to home page then I get this message.
I have tried restarting my computer, clearing my cookies, signing out and back in, turning off my VPN, running a virus scan on my computer, and even trying a different browser. I've called eBay and they said that they've never seen this happen before. I'm out of ideas and it's hurting my small business.

You mention using a VPN.
Most likely there is something about your particular network settings on your computer that is preventing you from loading eBay pages. You may have inadvertently blocked something that you need to be able to load eBay pages properly.
