Ebay not following its own feedback policies

I received 2 negative feedback the past few days that are BLATANT policy violations and ebay seems to not care..  first one the buyer claims to have sent an item back to me without ever opening a return, this person has 1k feedback. I never received anything back, they are hounding me in messages to send them a refund, they have now left a negative for not refunding them for an item they supposedly sent back on their own. The second, this person was completely belligerent in messages about an item, I informed them to please open a return, they then proceed to name calling, threats and everything else. They then leave a complete lie of a negative that is clearly seen in messages to be a bold faced lie. Ebay won't remove either. So I ask, what is the point of having these policies, if they won't honor them?

Feedback removal ONLY looks at the feedback itself and does NOT read all your back/forth messages.

Per those 2 feedbacks, there is no violations in the feedback itself.

I disagree. Abusive buyer policy, and the other is attempting a scam.

Have you ever thought that giving a good description would cut down on the negative feedback?

Condition is preowned doesn't really say much about an item.

Have a great day.

Well the agent who is in charge of feedback removal disagrees with you. There are certain reasons why feedback gets removed. They felt your situation doesn't qualify. Sure it can be a scam and they are just being vindictive and giving you negative feedback cause they didn't get there way. All you can do as a seller is block the buyer.

Which NEITHER of those things are shown/written in the feedback itself and as I said, they don't even look into your 'back and forth'.
