We've been listing clutch kits on eBay since 2019. I then signed up to a service called "Auctivia" not knowing that it would have cleared every compatibility on our listing for some reason, but this wasn't too big of a deal as we discovered how to list compatibility's through the file exchange (.CSV format) to upload all the listings in bulk. We've since cancelled Auctivia to prevent this from happening further.
However, ever since we've tried to upload vehicle compatibility's, usually a couple hours after, we'd get revisions on every single listing of ours even at the same split-second time re-editing the compatibility, except these revisions weren't made by us.
We're using the file exchange to upload our compatibility's which does initially work for a good few hours until it will randomly edit all our listings and take all compatibility off. I will attach a few pictures showing these revisions happening on multiple listings at a similar time highlighted "Compatibility".
Any time it edits one, every single one of our listings delete their compatibility. This is seriously hindering and effecting our sales and we can visibly see our most popular items tank in views.
