I have been a member of ebay since 2009. Over the last 3 weeks I keep getting logged out. Sometimes it's when I am bidding on an item and sometimes when I am just searching the site. It always takes me back to the login page. I called ebay and they suggested changing my browser to Google Chrome, unfortunately that hasn't helped. I ran a complete scan on my computer and everything seems to be fine, I am the only one who uses my computer so I know nothing has been changed.
Is anyone else having this issue and if so have you found a fix for it.
This is beyond frustrating.

If deleting your individual eBay-related cookies does not help, you can try using another browser to see if that helps.
Some folks have been having issues with the new sign-in page; if the old page works better for you, try bookmarking this link:

As with so much of the modern world it seems that common sense is in short supply here. Maybe someone could start selling it on Ebay...

As mentioned you should delete your browser history, cookies, and cashed data. For most websites it does nothing but ebay after updating their site sometimes old data or errors can be present. Also check your site preferences especially if you use more than one account. A while back they changed the settings so when you sign out it changes your site preference to keep you signed in. At the time they said it was to protect users on public computers to keep others from being able to open ebay and use their account because they were still logged in. I myself run into less of these issues using edge but never really had this issue using chrome but then again I just use it for international labels as it prints the label in the correct orientation by default. Perhaps also try deleting the browser and reinstalling it you might have a older version that has issues with their update. Then also check to make sure your os is up to date and that there are no updates that need to be installed.

Naw just fire their CEO and current management then let paypal buy them back. Then pull their sever backups from before the split and restore.

That old link worked for a short time, and then took me back to the new sign in page again.
The old link still works for me, though the look of the page has recently changed; it is possible that eBay is making more changes, and current changes have not reached everyone yet.
I have noticed some recent complaints about repeated sign-in requests when navigating between pages. That is usually a sign of eBay changes, and any time eBay makes changes that can cause conflicts with existing cookies. Sometimes deleting eBay cookies or trying a new browser can help, but some folks are still reporting problems despite trying those things.

Thanks Castle. I`ve been having to sign in much more than normal myself.

Over the last two days I have had to repeatedly sign in many times while simply navigating around the seller hub. One second I'm logged in and with one click of the mouse I'm getting the sign-in page again. This is very irritating. I cleared cookies but it's still happening. I use Chrome.
Sellers will be persistent and will keep logging in, but buyers will be frustrated and go elsewhere. Sales are bad enough these days; we don't need eBay making it worse!

You're welcome, @hillbillymedia The issues continue. Excessive sign ons today and now a new wrinkle~items are not going to your Watch List nor are they displaying the blue band across the top of the listing. It's not a case of my Watch List being maxed out; there is plenty of room as I have not hit the max yet. That was the first thing I checked as I had cleared listings from my Watch List yesterday.
