Ebay isn't working properly

I can't purchase anything on eBay and all my history has disappeared. eBay looks like it's updated but is glitching. I'm using the latest Google Chrome

I'm having problems, too.  The app won't open on my Android-based phone.  Anyone out there with any suggestions?  Would like to avoid having to uninstall then reinstall.  Thanks!

Try disabling your ad blocker and reloading the page to see if that helps; some users are reporting that some My eBay pages including Purchase History are not loading properly or coming up blank, but that temporarily disabling ad blocking seems to help.

Or try another browser without an ad blocker.

Make sure that you have a recent enough Android version to run the latest version of the eBay app (6.6.6.18).

If you have the latest version, you can try going to your Settings: Apps: eBay: Storage and clearing your data and cache. Then restart the app and sign in again.

If that does not help and your Android version is 6 or later, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version of the eBay app from the Google Play Store.

If you are having difficulty getting the latest version of the eBay app, make sure you have the latest version of Google Play Services and Google Play Store:
