Ebay international shipping no longer accepted for ANY car part ad

As of 2-25-22 2pm MST, my ebay car part ads can no longer be created using the ebay international shipping option. I must have missed the memo, or this is a glitch?!  Ebay CS zero help. Sorry Australian customers, not my rule.

I am surprised no one has responded to this because I have the same problem.  Since when is Ebay International Shipping disallowed on auto parts?  

And pray tell, why???

Is this a bug or is Ebay for some reason NOT wanting to ship car parts, and specifically car parts, internationally?

I have to remove international shipping options whenever I list any car parts at all.
