Hello. I bought an item with a gift card as usual. In MY account the item appears as paid for, but for the seller, it appears that only the shipping cost was paid (it can't be the gift card since I used the remaining amount to buy another item in which I had no problems). We even exchanged screenshots, and we decided to calcel the purchase. However, neither of us can, since in THEIR account the item hasn't been "fully" paid and in MINE still says payment pending. Can someone provide help? I really want my gift card credit back, even if its just the shipping cost that the system adknowledged. Any advice would be appreciated.
