Ebay communication preferences never save and I get 1000000 emails a day

When I uncheck each box in communication preferences so I don't receive a bunch of emails a day with useless info, it resets the next day and the boxes I unchecked are checked again.

In inbox: delete "Junk" and then delete "Trash" and then delete "All Mail" of emails.

Are you using the "Save" button after unchecking those options? Do you get the "Your preferences were successfully saved" message when you do so?

If not, try using a different browser to change your settings.

Using Firefox 125.0.3 and not having any problems changing settings and having those changes stick.
