Read the steps below, if you "Require" a chat option to communicate with an Agent. Then, use the Contact eBay link below to start a chat session. You'll have to answer some questions with the eBay Automated Assistant before the assistant notifies an Agent. You'll see a wait time estimate:
- Use the Contact eBay link below and scroll down to > "Need more help?"
- Click on one of the closest options (Selling or Buying) on the page.
- Click on the appropriate topic related to your question(s).
- Look for the "Chat with our automated assistant" link.
- After a couple of questions you should type "Agent" into the text box if the assistant can not help.

- Do Not Post Your Account Information Publicly. Use the private messaging options:
