Ebay app not showing entire current purchase history

For the past few months, all updated versions of the ebay app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ are no longer showing my entire recent purchase history. It will only show the last 11 or so items I have purchased (going back less than a week sometimes). I can see my entire purchase history from last year or earlier by changing the date range, but when I go back to 2021, it still only shows 11 items. I have constantly updated the app (hoping for a fix), but this problem continues.

 

As a heavy buyer who does almost all my transactions on the app, this is devastating. I can no longer easily see tracking, refunds, cancelations, or any other status changes unless I search for items within my purchase history by keyword. I also am no longer able to easily make sure that I have actually received the items I have purchased.

 

Web-based mobile display (viewed in a Chromium browser) also shows this same problem exactly like the app. When switching to a desktop webpage display in the browser, it fixes the problem and all my recent purchases are shown. I am surprised that this issue has not been caught and corrected, considering the impact it has on buyers. Because the behavior is repeated in both the mobile app and the mobile web display, it appears to be a problem with ebay itself, and not an issue with my android device or my mobile app.
