Ebay Store Problem

My Ebay store is showing the title twice for every item

I, as well as other sellers, are seeing the same issue on the store page. 

I have reported the issue to customer service.  The customer service representative was able to see the issue on his end and has sent a "ticket" to the tech team.  

I recommend that every seller experiencing this issue contact eBay customer service to report it.  The more reports that are received, the more likely eBay will get to work to fix the issue.

This is an "odd" glitch, as not everyone, with every browser, gets the same view as you are seeing.

I agree this is "odd".  I tried clearing my cache and cookies.  Used Chrome, Edge, and Firefox both signed in and signed out, and using private/incognito windows and the issue remained.

At least the CSR could see the issue, so was able to send a "ticket" to the tech team.

No double titles in your store when I look with my posted methods, and also not shown signed out "private browsing".

Thank you for checking my store. 

It is weird, my listings that are on a BOGO, sale event + markdown, or volume pricing do not show double titles.  I started a few sale events + markdowns this morning and as soon as the promotion went live the double title disappeared and was replaced by the promo information.

Your stores show double titles when I view using:

PC.............  Google chrome...............    windows 10

exception.... as noted... sale items not double titles mcdougle.

Same issue with my store. Using latest version of Firefox on my PC.

Was just told it would be fixed within 48 hours.  They were not able to do anything earlier due to the weekend.

This was through live chat with an agent.  So we will see..........
