Ebay Standard Envelops (cannot print label)

Been selling cards through Ebay and It was working very well until recently. Now every time I try to print a label it gives me an error message. I surely don't want to ship first class and ultimately lose money. Defeats the whole purpose.  Cards are well within the guidelines, just don't understand why it doesn't work now. Any advice guys?

- What's the exact error message?

- Are you using website or app?

- Have you tried different browser or private browsing session just to rule out any browser-specific issues?

- Did you check package dimensions entered weren't over eBay's programmed max of 11x6x0.25?

I'm having the same problem.  What's weird is I was able to ship the three other Ebay standard envelopes, but for some reason I can't ship the last one.  Were you able to finally ship?

This has worked for several people today:

Enter the weight and dimensions of your item and then see if you can select "eBay Standard Envelope for Trading Cards, Stamps, Postcards & Coins".

=> Use 6" x 4" x 1" and 3 oz or less

If eBay Standard Envelope doesn't appear on the first attempt, save your listing for later, reopen the draft, and try again.
