It looks like managed payments is making Ebay shipping labels NOT work, NOT good ! I have over 30 labels that need to be printed NOW ! ! Ebay has us under the gun to get these packages out when we say we are going to. And now that Ebay extorted the sellers into having them manage our money, NOTHING works. I keep getting an error message when I print, it will no longer display both payment options, it only displays the pay with my saved pay pal account which is OK, I do have money in there too. It is charging my Ebay pay ments, then automatically refunding the label through Pay pal. What a mess Ebay IT has made of Ebay shipping now that they have forced me to use managed payments. I am contacting the FTC as well as my state attorney general. I should not have to pay Ebay thousands of dollars every month for NO customer service as well as spending hours on this problem that still is not fixed ! ! I CANNOT PRINT any shipping labels. Why it is charging my pending payments then auto refunding right away through Pay pal ? ?
