Ebay Scan Form is not working - Shipping Labels did not show accepted

I printed out 6 shipping labels on Ebay at around 3:30 am EST on 1/15/2020.  I then printed out my USPS Scan Form.

Compared to previous Scan Forms, this new Scan Form for 1/15/2020 has a different and weird name.

I shipped out all the packages around 10 am early morning, and USPS scanned my Scan Form.  I have the receipt to prove it.

I double checked all my shipping labels at around 3:30 pm in the afternoon, and the packages did not show accepted.

Something is wrong with the scan form generated by Ebay starting 1/15/2020.

It's not working at all for me. When I generate the form, it says it is successful but then it does not show up under "generated SCAN forms" to print.

I am worry this will ruin my Ebay seller performance score.  I hope Ebay will look into this.

Hi @eddchian0, that is an odd looking file name for the scan form. Do your tracking numbers now show an acceptance scan?

this is really weird.  The packages were accepted into the system only after 3:30 pm in a different USPS location.   

I printed out another Scan form on 1/16/20, and all the packages were accepted into the system after 3:30pm on a different USPS location except for 1 package that is still not in the system. 

I am getting worry about using Ebay label system.

If the first scan is a different USPS location then the scan form isn't working.  I would discontinue using the scan form until either the form name looks correct or Brian is able to confirm that it's fixed.

You're going to have to each package scanned in the meantime or use a third party label vendor (such as PirateShip) that produces a scan form that works.

You are 100% right.  I stop using Ebay Scan Form.  

I scanned 7 packages this morning individually, and they were all accepted in the my local post office system within a hour.

Have you checked the tracking on USPS's website to see if there are any differences.

Also if you use a drop box the item may not get a scan till it reaches the regional sorting facility and goes through a sort. That could be why the location does not match where it was dropped off.

I'm lucky, my local PO is very good about scanning each and every package in the drop box.  I've only seen a handful not get scanned over the last 4 years.

However, the OP stated they were using a Scan Form which means they did NOT use a drop box.

No, I never used the Drop box.  I scanned all my packages or Scan forms in the front desk with all the receipts.  

Also, I checked all my tracking number via USPS site.  

Ebay needs to look into this problem before it is getting worst with other sellers.
