I had registered for ebay open and was able to get transmissions from the stage. However, I was never able to get access to any of the sessions. Trying to get any help from RingCircle was an effort in futility. Their forms ran me around in circles. Suggestions from the community werer equally fruitless. I refreshed, rebooted, restarted and anything else I could try, but never r4eached the sessions. I also attempted to find a phone number or connec tion to a live human being at ebay. This has also become neartly imposssible. The automated chat bot is infuriating. I got one useful response from the community, but not about the program directly.
I know the sessions are recorded, but that's not the same asa being able to ask questions. I've been asking questions of the concierge help people for years but have never gotten an answer from anyone for the more difficult ones. I,ve been selling on ebay since their first year in business and I have seen them grow to the point where they don't seem to care much about individual customers. I'm sure the large ones can get support, but as a small user, even with ovfer 25 years of use and a 100% rating, I can't get direct answers to the questions I have.
All I ask is that ebay learn something about "customer service".
