Ebay Notification glitches

Anyone else experiencing messaging and notification glitches in the past few days?

Yesterday a buyer sent me an offer  for which i didnt receive notification through Ebay and I didnt see it until I randomly checked activity on the item. WOW!!!

Another buyer responded with a counter offer to an item that I had sent an anonymous offer to. Didnt get notification of the counter offer and only saw it  when I randomly checked activity on the item.

Notifications glitches have randomly appeared for some sellers for years.  Sometimes no alerts for days or weeks and then it just starts working fine again.  Usually happens on sold notifications and without warning.  Afraid most of us have just learned to always check our account once a day.
