Ebay Label changed will not fit 4x6 rollo??

Everything was going just great with my shipping until yesterday they changed something. When you "click to agree" of the fedex or ups terms and print your label, it will NOT show up fitting the rollo 4x6. I can not get it to stop showing a full paper label on it's side. I'm pretty technical and know how to change paper size, scale, ect but it will not change the preview off of a standard paper preview. I ended up having to screenshot and print. Sooo ridiculous! What gives?

On the create label page, look to the right and click on Show More, then CHANGE, select PDF and label format you want to use.

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

When the label preview opens, select the Target Printer. Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation. For 4” x 6” size labels, you may have to check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size”, if the label isn't filling the outline.

First off, if you are shipping FEDEX or UPS I HIGHLY suggest Pirate Ship. The reason being that they charge you upfront and there are no surprises or over charges like there can be with eBay.

Second, I have not experienced any printing issues, etc shipping on there vs eBay, which glitches out often.

Sure there is the extra step of uploading the tracking number but big deal.

Yes, I like PirateShip for UPS, and you can link ebay to import orders and upload tracking to ebay.  Rates are often even lower than ebay's.
