Ebay Label System Cannot Print Scan Form - New Error Message

I am using the New Ebay Label System.  I already reported a problem with generating scan form few days ago.  Now Ebay has a new problem with printing the scan form. 

I already generated several USPS labels, but I was unable to print the Scan form.  I was able to generate scan form yesterday, but today Ebay generated an error message saying "Resource has been removed...."   You can view the snapshot of the message below

I'm experiencing the same problem!  Ugh - what a pain since I had 23 labels this morning and now no scan form.   I left a 10.00 bill attached to a note saying there was no scan sheet for my USPS carrier that picks my packages.  He is great and scanned all 23 manually.  No mention of this issue anywhere.  I can't go w/o generating a scan sheet since I already have 16 packages for tomorrow.  I'll go back to pirateship which offer the same discounts on shipping.
