On another account I bought a $900 laptop on April 10th. Eight minutes after I bought it, Ebay banned my account. The only message I received was that my account has been permanently suspended. They did not send me any reason for the ban or give me any information regarding the product I purchased eight minutes prior. What frustrates me, is that I can no longer in contact with any Ebay representatives. Moreover, five minutes before I made the purchase, I was on the phone with an Ebay employee because my account was limited to no purchases. I have spent 10+ hours trying to get in some sort of contact with Ebay, writing posts, and writing reports on Paypal. My account cannot even post in the community section. Can someone please help me.
