Ebay International Shipping Problem

I have opted into Ebay International Shipping and other countries show up for all my listings except for  a listing I created last night - https://www.ebay.com/itm/176996564008 - for some fountain pen nibs which shows United States only, I'm trying to sell them to an Australian and he isn't able to purchase the item - I'm using the same shipping policy I have set up for all my listings of the same weight

Remove "Lot of" and it will be seen internationally.

For some reason eIS kicks listings from the program with those two words.

WOW! it worked, thanks so much for the amazingly fast response and solution to my problem as well as the time you spent researching to come up with that solution - I think the problem itself is a Lot Of Bull$n1+ on eBay's part
