Anyone else had this problem? 7-30 I sold item. 7-31 I generated Ebay International Standard Delivery for a package to Canada. I take package to the Post Office, they scan it in, I'm good to go. I get home and check email later that day and customer says, "the tracking through eBay says this was mailed in April and already delivered? What's going on?" I check the tracking link on my seller dashboard and he's correct, I sold item on 7-30, tracking says label was printed on April 7 and dropped at a post office in Florida (not state where I live), and delivered in Canada on April 19. I talk to eBay customer service, they say "looks like a technical problem", they say tech support get back to me in 3-4 days. They haven't. I'll follow up on Monday. Customer is understanding, but what a cluster.

Here's an update - customer just contacted me that the tracking is updated. It now starts accurate tracking within Canada (a week after I actually mailed it in the U.S.). It's at a sort center near him -- he might actually get the package! Was it eBay tech, U.S. PO, or Canada Post I don't know. But, I'll be checking all that ESUS tracking as soon as I print from now on.
