Has anyone had problems with managed payments, it has been a problem since we were forced to use it! The latest is that they are holding our money, and will not/cannot verify my bank?? It was set up and working fine, ( after having to speak with an ebay support person) then ebay decided that the ebay account and the bank account I was using were not in the same exact name. So they stop sending my payments and will not or cannot re-verify my bank info, and have decided to hold my pay outs, ( right during a global pandemic when people are not working and definitely need the money that ebay is holding, this is how they repay long time sellers! ) . I have sent My bank info several times, always get a person with a heavy accent that is hard to understand ( and not sure how much they have command of the english language ) . I have asked repeatedly for a manager person to call me back and no one has, for weeks now! Ebay has held our money since Nov 24th! Now they have blocked me from changing or updating any of my listings! There is no call or phone support available , and the online chat, is with a computer that spits out the same info no matter what you type in!! They will let me delete listings! Has anyone else experienced this blatant incompetence and dis-regard for sellers on ebay? Also, looking for other venue's to sell out products? Please comment!
