Ebay Draft and Listing Issues

I did call this in and it's a known problem....

Cannot update drafts, nothing will save. Also cannot list finished draft, ebay errors out. 

Extra note, I was in the beta to try the new listing page. It adds extra steps not needed to the listing process. Instead of click and type in say the Title, you click, a side window pops up that you have to mouse over to then click again to type. When you count on speed to list, it's a huge slow down.

The page as a whole is very hard to read being everything is solid white with not lines to break the areas up.

Not sure if that has anything to do with the draft issues but we all know when something new is being added/changed, it wrecks 12 other things on the site. 🙂

I use Seller Hub and have had no issues listing, saving drafts, etc. I never, ever use eBay's sell form, new listing pages & so forth. I always use a "Sell Similar" from any current or previous listing, and then make all the necessary changes, editing,etc.

Having the same issue. I can list from my desktop but not from my iphone. Keeps timing out with

"downstream service failure in LDS (selling.111)"

I list with both desktop and phone. I could use my camera but it is a whole lot quicker to just add pics from my phone

I take that back. Now the desktop is not responding. Hope that means its getting fixed!

Yea I had the same  problem on computer and phone app today. Customer service said the tech side is already addressing the issue and working to fix it.  But I'm still having problem 2 hours after that call. 😞

Yeah, it's going on 24 hours since the problem started for me. If they change to the new listing layout I will have to find a third party to start my listing through. I guess I should start looking now.

Same problem for me.  Saved the listing as a draft since I sold a number of the items and it took quite a while to restock.  Can't update quantity or else I get an infinite "Saving..." at the top of the screen.

I will just have to start a new listing and lose the fact that I have already sold a number of those.  It will now start with 0 sales.  That will instill a lot of confidence...
