Ebay Can not Generate Scan form

I was able to print out several USPS shipping labels this morning.  When I clicked scan form/generate scan form,  Ebay was unable to generate the scan form.  I clicked on the "Generate" scan form button numerous times, but no scan form was created.

We're having the same issue. We have two selling accounts and generating scan forms has been hit or miss on both over the last week. Sometimes it goes to an error screen. Other times it says it's successful, but doesn't actually generate a form. It just stays there allowing you to press the button over and over. I contacted seller support, but since this is a technical issue they were unable to help. As a result, we have 139 packages going out today with no scan form for the USPS. It will be interesting to see if eBay will protect our on time tracking metrics. Will they own up to the issue or will they allow our metrics to take the hit? How many sellers will jeopardize or lose their top rated status due to eBay's technical issue?

Happened to me for the first time as of last night.  I was just beginning to like the new label page and thinking in the midst of all the chaos lately, eBay actually did something right.  It's back to pirate ship for me since they offer the same discounts on shipping.  Luckily, the 10 .00 I attached to the note telling my carrier who picks up every afternoon was enough of an incentive for him to scan manually all 23 packages. Why hasn't eBay mentioned this in their technical issues updates since there are many on these board with this problem.

I am glad I am not the only one having this problem....but how do we get eBay to see this is an ongoing issue and that it is going to affect our ratings because our carriers are not going to want to scan our parcels individually? Ebay listen up please! This needs to be fixed! You take enough of our money that you ought to be able to hire a tech person to fix this glitch!
