Cant list from the Ebay app. Keep getting error messages. I have uninstalled and downloaded the newest version still the same.

Same here, as usual Ebay has no time line for fix, customer service agent was indifferent to they're tech issue as usual.

I am in the same boat. Unable to list or sell similar item as of this morning. Have tried restarting phone and reinstalling app. A no go.
