Ebay App "Having Tenchnical Issues, olease try again later"

Recently updated my username and now everytime I try to log into my ebay app, I just get an error telling me that there is technical issues and to try again later. I have cleared cache and cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still unable to access. Even reset my password and still nothing. Recently made a few purchases that I need to deal with but cannot log in. Any help would be appreciative!

Try using ebay on a computer and NOT an app. The app ALWAYS has problems.

What device and operating system are you using? And what version of the eBay app?

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app if your operating system supports it; otherwise, use a browser to reach ebay.com.au.

If you are using 2 factor authentication, try temporarily disabling it.

Using Android and app is up to date version wise with the latest version. It was supporting the app just fine until I changed my username and then ever since cannot login via the app. I can login using my browser and reaching the website though.
