eBay historically has notified me via email when I win/lose an auction, a saved search finds items, or I receive an "email" from another eBay user.
This stopped working for me, for no apparent reason, a couple of days ago.
I have attempted to change my email address in my eBay account settings. When I do this, I receive a notification email from eBay to the effect "Instructions on completing the change have been sent to your new email address", at both the old email address and the new email address, and this message also appears in my eBay "messages" (in the "From eBay" category), but I receive no email containing any such instructions.
The fact that I receive this email suggests that my ISP is not blocking eBay emails.
Is there something else I should do? Should I contact eBay customer support?
