EBay selling bug: you can send an offer to potential buyers that is below your "make an offer" lower limit. Then buyers will accept your offer and it is Auto Rejected because the Make an Offer lower acceptable limit is higher than the offer you sent.
I saw a whole series of auto-rejected offers on a product where the offer value was the one I had sent to potential buyers. Very strange, but I figured out that my existing Make an Offer auto-accept limit was higher. User error of course, but I think the code should not allow offers to be sent to buyers which will not be accepted.
I am posted this bug here because I could not find any where to submit bugs.
Thanks to all.

That's a interesting catch @makre-6874. I suppose eBay assumes sellers would not send a seller initiated offer that's below their auto decline threshold, so they didn't program in a block for it. Auto decline generally means you don't want to consider offers below that price.
Not sure how frequently something like this would even come up for sellers, but you can submit FB through the offer form so eBay will see it. On the bottom left of the send offer form there's a "tell us what you think" link - click that and there will be a comments field you can fill out. Those reports go to the product dev teams.
