EBay is duplicating my messages I am sending to buyers

Half way through texting a customer message disappears and then it is duplicated and sent to customer ?

I had the same issue --- now, the buyer thinks I am a bot and said he will be leaving negative feedback for me! I contacted eBay customer support, and they confirmed that this was a known issue.

I am a buyer who has received at least 50 or 60 message notices via email and the eBay app in the last 9 hours. I've had to turn off my phone and iPad to keep them from pinging and vibrating all night. At first I thought the seller was at fault, until I actually went to my eBay messages early this morning in only to find there was only one message from the seller.  eBay, PLEASE FIX THIS !!
