How do I report delays in emails?
I receive 90% of my email 1 to 4 days after they have been sent from: Ebay, Buyers, Sellers. If it was not for the Pay-pal notifications I would not know anything as sold.
SEE ATTACHED SHOWING 3 INSIDENTS:
1. Buyer asking about a product arrived 4 days after buyer sent
2. Sold item arrived 2 days after ebay sent notifcation
3. Re-list notification arrived 1 day after listing expired and ebay notifcation was sent.

I am having the same problem.
Got on line this morning and had a notice of a sale. I was excited until
I saw the item sold on 3-2-18 and had been paid for, sent, received and buyer had left
feedback already.
This has been an ongoing problem that EBAY continues to ignore!!!
I am retired so I am constantly on and off the computer so I can keep close tabs on it.
I had not seen any complaints in the last few days so I was begining to wonder if it was my AOL mail
Now I know it is still EBAY. They are too busy coming up with new things that nobody wants instead of
fixing what has not been functionong correctly for months.

I have not heard back from anyone from the Ebay community in regards to this issue. I contacted Microsoft, as I thoght they may be part of the issue, but I have not heard back from them. All sellers can do is keep an eye on our accounts to be sure that we do not have any messagers or sales. It can be a pain, but you have to do want you have to do. 🙂
